The HC kitchen waste crushing, separating and pulp making
machine separates the decomposable materials from the other waste high
effectively by creatively using the automatic separating and hydrolyze
deslagging technology.
It successfully solves the deposition of the inorganic
substance and the clinging of the top cover, thus provides safeguard for the
stable operation of the anaerobism. More than 95% inorganic substance can be separated and the
dewatering rate is more than 70%. Flexible shredding technology makes the
inorganic substance discharge automatically to prevent it from going to the
next procedure.
The intelligent PLC control system can control the HC kitchen waste organic
pulp making machine remotely to record, start, stop and supervise automatically.
The speed can be controlled automatically with frequency converted.
Our machine have been used successfully in some kitchen waste treatment projects
in china such as the kitchen waste processing project in Long gang, Shenzhen
city with capacity of 20 t/h and a national level research institution in
Guangzhou with capacity of 5 t/h.
To solve the problem of kitchen waste, it is important for us to live in
